摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinging axial direction scan type thickness reduction inspection device of a heat insulator piping using radioactive isotope which is an authentication apparatus with display for specifying and detecting a thickness reduced portion of a piping.SOLUTION: A thickness reduction inspection device of a heat insulator piping 50 is configured to include: a radiation source 13; two or more radiation detectors 14a,14b arranged separately from each other in a direction to cross the heat insulator piping 50 and outputting signals according to a dose of radiation upon receipt of the radiation at the same time; a frame 12 for holding the radiation source 13 and each of the radiation detectors 14a, 14c oppositely to one another by sandwiching the heat insulator piping 50 so that the radiation emitted from the radiation source 13 is caused to enter each of the radiation detectors 14a, 14b through the inside of the heat insulating piping 50 and the radiation source 13 and each of the radiation detectors 14a, 14b are caused to move along a central axial line O of the heat insulator piping 50, and a thickness measurement part 30 for measuring the reduced thickness of the piping from a radiation amount obtained by each of the radiation detectors 14a, 14b.
