PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefinic tackifier/adhesive composition which exhibits favorable adhesiveness and tackiness against a polyolefin substrate, which can induce a curing reaction at a low temperature, and which can be handled at normal temperature.SOLUTION: The provided curable tackifier/adhesive composition includes (A) a propylene-based polymer or 1-butene-based polymer having the following attributes (a1) and (2a); (B) a polysiloxane having at least two hydrogen-silicon bonds; and (C) a hydrosilylation catalyst: (a1): the melting endotherm &Dgr;H-D thereof measured via a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) is below 50 J/g; (a2): the number of terminal unsaturated groups per molecule is 0.5-2.5.
