An embedded touch display device, which comprises a first substrate (100) and a second substrate (200) that are arranged opposite to each other, and a liquid crystal display structure and a capacitive touch structure disposed between the first substrate (100) and the second substrate (200); the liquid crystal display structure comprises a pixel electrode layer (120), a common electrode layer and a liquid crystal layer (30); the pixel electrode layer (120) and the common electrode layer are disposed at two ends of the liquid crystal layer (30); a liquid crystal (30) in the liquid crystal layer (30) a ferroelectric liquid crystal. By replacing the original nematic liquid crystal with the ferroelectric liquid crystal, the embedded touch display device solves the problem that when liquid crystal molecules in an embedded touch display device in TN mode turn from a horizontal direction to a vertical direction or from a vertical direction to a horizontal direction, the turning extent is too great, resulting in a great change of the dielectric constant of the liquid crystal layer, thereby greatly affecting induction of touch electrodes. |
