<p>Provided are a route search system that enables a search for a more appropriate route for a user, a route search apparatus, a route search method, and a computer program. In a route search process performed on a search condition basis, an area including a link or an intersection as an object for search cost calculation is identified, an area cost calculation condition associating, on a search condition and area basis, an element influencing the search cost with a search cost calculation condition with respect to the link or intersection including the element is acquired, and a suitable route from a point of departure to a destination is identified on a search condition basis by using the search cost calculated on the basis of the identified area and the area cost calculation condition associated with the area.</p> |
