A gas discharge part (not shown in the figure) that discharges gas into water is provided at the downstream end part of a gas pipe (2) to which gas is supplied. A three-way branch pipe (9) forming part of the gas pipe (2) is provided upstream from the gas discharge part. The intersection part (9c) of the three-way branch pipe (9) is arranged above the water level. An ignition member (15) is provided at the upper part of the three-way branch pipe (9). A gas hole (15a) is provided so as to pass through the ignition member (15). The lower end of the gas hole (15a) opens at the upper end of the intersection part (9c). The upper end aperture part of gas hole (15a) forms an ignition hole (15b).
