Provided is an actuator having high operability and able to reproduce smooth operability. The actuator (10) is provided with: an operation lever (11) having an operation grip (12) at one end side and having an action section (16) at the other end side; a rotational center section (14) positioned between the operation grip (12) and the action section (16) of the operation lever (11); a first motor (17) that imparts rotational driving force on the operation lever (11); a second motor (21) that imparts rotational driving force on the operation lever (11) and of which the direction of the rotational driving force is a direction differing from that of the first motor (17); and a drive device (23) that has an action section bearing (24) that bears the action section (16) and that is driven in accordance with the movement of the action section (16). By means of the first motor (17) or second motor (21) imparting rotational driving force on the operation lever (11), a tilting movement of the operation lever (11) is performed with the rotational center section (14) as the tilting center.
