摘要 <p>The present invention relates to gene transcription analysis using a surface plasmon resonance sensor, and, more specifically, relates to a method for analysing interaction and binding activity between DNA and proteins by using a surface plasmon resonance sensor to which gold nanoparticles are secured. The analysis method using the surface plasmon resonance sensor of the present invention makes it possible to measure the activity of a promoter without a separate marking process by observing interaction between the DNA and protein even without measuring the amount of RNA that has been synthesised by means of transcription, and makes it possible to easily check the importance of each base in a DNA sequence in an interaction with a target protein by measuring, on a single gold nanoparticle, how the interaction with the protein varies in accordance with single base variations in the DNA.</p>
