摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, in an exterior wall or a roof of a conventional house or building, the indoor temperature is elevated by sunlight in summer and electricity, gas or petroleum energy for cooling is lost, that the room temperature is lowered by cooling an exterior wall material and a roofing material in winter and electricity, gas and petroleum energy for heating in winter is required oppositely and that, on the other hand, the temperature of a storage battery module is elevated by heating by sunlight in summer in a storage battery container, or lowered by cooling by sunlight in winter and a performance within the storage battery module is reduced by heating and cooling.SOLUTION: On a heat insulation construction building material and a storage battery heat insulation material, foamed molding is performed into a target shape by mixing a composite heat storage material with a resin, the composite heat storage material being obtained by injecting a heat storage material into active carbon having micropores, wood powder and silica (synthetic silica). For example, a wood board is provided on one side and an aluminum board is provided on another side, respectively, of a heat insulation material on which foamed molding is performed into a target shape (an exterior wall material of a house), thereby reducing energy consumption of the house. Performance reduction of a storage battery module is reduced by covering an upper part of a storage battery container in which the aluminum boards are provided on both sides of the heat insulation material, and for which a plate shape is worked into a container shape.
