PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feeding device that is little restricted in space for arranging various kinds of devices.SOLUTION: A feeding device has a fixed unit 1, a movable unit which is movably provided to the fixed unit 1, and a pair of linear motors 3, 3 disposed between the fixed portion 1 and the movable unit. The pair of linear motors 3 is constructed by a primary-side magnetic pole part 31 and a secondary-side magnetic pole part 32. The primary-side magnetic pole part 31 and the secondary-side magnetic pole part 32 are disposed to face each other so that the movable unit is movable with respect to the fixed unit 1. The movable unit has a moving body 2 which can feed a feeding target object, and one of the primary-side magnetic pole part 31 and the secondary-side magnetic pole part 32 located at both the end portions in the width direction of the moving body 2. The fixed portion 1 has the other magnetic pole part of the primary-side magnetic pole part 31 and the secondary-side magnetic pole part 32. |
