PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a PUCCH area (ACK/NACH resource number) in an up unit band without increasing signaling even when plural response signals to respective down channel data transmitted through plural down unit bands are transmitted from one up unit band.SOLUTION: A base station 100 has a transmitter for transmitting a down control channel containing resource allocation information representing a resource allocated in a second component carrier and a transmission power control field to a terminal in which plural component carriers containing a first component carrier and the second component carrier are set, and a receiver for receiving a response signal to down data of the first component carrier transmitted from the terminal by using a resource of an up control channel in the first component carrier which is specified by using the transmission power control field. |
