PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double hammer type pile driving device such that an elevation amount of a second hammer can be adjusted steplessly and first and second hammers can be used independently and individually.SOLUTION: A double hammer type pile driving device includes: a first hammer 4 which hammers a pile tip support unit 3 mounted on a tip part of a pile 30 having an axial through hole; a second hammer 6 which strikes on an upper-end part of the pile 30; a first wire rope 5 fitted to the first hammer 4; a second wire rope 8 fitted to the second hammer 6; a winch 7 winding and unwinding the first wire rope 5; a first pulley 9 wound with a halfway part of the first wire rope 5; a first hydraulic cylinder 11 to which the second wire rope 8 is fixed and which moves the second wire rope together with the first pulley 9; a second pulley 10 wound with a halfway part of the second wire rope 8; and a second hydraulic cylinder 12 moving the second pulley 10. |
