PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advertisement distribution device, an advertisement distribution method and a an advertisement distribution program, capable of distributing an advertisement effectively.SOLUTION: An advertisement distribution device according to the present invention includes: receiving means for receiving a display request including a viewpoint condition and advertisement information; advertisement frame setting means for setting an advertisement frame according to a viewpoint condition to video data at an arbitrary viewpoint position generated on the basis of photographed image data whose viewpoint positions are different; advertisement information setting means for setting advertisement information received by the receiving means to an advertisement frame set by the receiving means for receiving the display request including advertisement information and the advertisement frame setting means; and video transmission means for transmitting, to a terminal device, video data at the arbitrary sight position where the advertisement information is set on the advertisement frame.
