[Problem] To provide a communication system capable of sharing information relating to the number of active users in each cell between base stations. [Solution] A communication system according to this embodiment is provided with a first base station which controls a first cell, and a second base station connected with the first base station by an inter-base-station interface. The first base station transmits operational information relating to the first cell to the second base station via the inter-base-station interface, and the operational information relating to the first cell includes the load of the first cell, and the number of active users in the first cell. |
