A micro porous friction material with low wear and a high stability coefficient and its producing method. The friction material is produced with raw materials comprising GM-15 resin 15-50 wt%, rubber 0-10 wt%, forming auxiliary reagent 0.5-5 wt%, sintering aids 0.5-5 wt%, foaming auxiliary agent 0.5-5wt%, kaolin powder 0.5-20 wt%, barite powder 5-40wt%, carbon fiber 2-20 wt%, KEVLAR 1-5 wt%, zinc oxide 1-10 wt%, and iron oxide red 0-2 wt%. It is achieved that the friction coefficient under a humid condition is not reduced and under dry and wet conditions keeps constant by adjusting hydrophilic performance of the material, and controlling surface tension of the material, and the friction coefficient under a wet condition of the friction material can still be kept above 0.25, and the stability factor of the friction coefficient on an MM1000 tester can be up to above 85%. |
