PURPOSE: A device to manufacture a bioreactor and a method to manufacture the bioreactor are provided to control the intensities of an electric field by controlling the voltage according to the shape or size of the bioreactor and to remove the influences to which the minute residual materials influences on the cell culture. CONSTITUTION: A device to manufacture a bioreactor comprises electrodes (100a, 100b) and a main body unit (1). The electrode forms an electric field in a mold to mold the bioreactor. The main body unit includes the electrode. The electrodes include a first electrode and a second electrode, whereby the second electrode is in an opposite pole to the first electrode. A gap between the first electrode and the second electrode can be controlled. |
