PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wrinkle formation inhibitor, a skin roughness inhibitor, a skin textured surface normalizer, and a composition for improving a trouble of skin such as by promoting keratinization of skin, and to further obtain a formulation for accelerating production of filaggrin, involucrin, loricrin, corneo-desmosin, accelerating keratinization and keeping beautiful skin.SOLUTION: There are provided a filaggrin production accelerator, an involucrin production accelerator, a loricrin production accelerator, a corneo-desmosin production accelerator, a wrinkle formation inhibitor, a skin roughness inhibitor, a skin textured surface normalizer, a skin keratinization accelerator, containing extract of plant worm as an active ingredient.
