PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in which, by propagating user attribute by a propagation method more suited to a social network, noise is included and propagated and to allow unknown user attribute to be estimated highly accurately.SOLUTION: A user attribute estimation device for estimating a set of user attributes where user attributes are unknown on the basis of information about a social network and a set of user attributes included in the social network is provided with: user cost calculation means for calculating user costs which become the lower the more attributes are shared with other users related on the social network with and the higher the less attributes are shared with respect to an input user which presumes that certain attribute is possessed; and user attribute estimation means for estimating a set of user attributes that minimizes a total cost in the social network on the basis of the user costs calculated by the user cost calculation means with respect to respective users included in the social network.
