PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal structure capable of decreasing an installation space and suppressing the deterioration of a sealing property, and a rotary kiln.SOLUTION: A seal structure 4 of a rotary kiln 1 includes: a rotary flange portion 40 having an inner ring portion 400 disposed on an outer peripheral surface of a rotation cylinder portion 2, an outer ring portion 401 disposed on the outside in a diametrical direction of the inner ring portion 400, and a diametrical direction coupling portion 402 having an inside installing portion 402a coupling the inner ring portion 400 and the outer ring portion 401 in the diametrical direction and installed to the inner ring portion 400, an outside installing portion 402b installed to the outer ring portion 401, and a bellows portion 402c disposed between the inside installing portion 402a and the outside installing portion 402b, and capable of absorbing relative deviation between the inner ring portion 400 and the outer ring portion 401 by deforming itself; and a fixed flanged portion 41 disposed on the outside in the diametrical direction of the rotation cylinder portion 2 so as to be independent from the rotation cylinder portion 2, and with which the outer ring portion 401 of the rotary flange 40 slides from an axial direction. |
