PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable electronic device with excellent color reproducibility.SOLUTION: In a pixel structure, a switching FET 201 and a current control FET 202 are formed on a single-crystal semiconductor substrate 11 and an EL element 203 is electrically connected to the current control FET 202. The characteristic dispersion of the current control FET 202 between pixels is extremely small, so that an image with high color reproducibility can be obtained. By taking the countermeasure against hot carriers in the current control FET 202, a highly reliable electronic device can be obtained. |
