The present invention concerns a capsule containing at least one mammalian cell, said capsule comprising a liquid core, and at least one outer envelope totally encapsulating the liquid core at its periphery, said outer envelope comprising at least one gelled polyelectrolyte and/or a hardened biopolymer and being capable of retaining the liquid core when the capsule is plunged into a gas. The present invention also concerns the method for preparing such a capsule, a method for screening cosmetic active ingredients, and a culture method using such capsules. |
