摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for recovering at an early stage from loss of redundancy of data due to a block failure of a semiconductor memory in a storage device in which redundancy is achieved using a plurality of SSDs.SOLUTION: An SSD, which stores a correspondence relation between the physical address and logical address of data that is stored in a semiconductor memory, receives a data read/write request from a controller (step S1 to S2); then accesses a logical address indicated by the request (step S3); and if the access fails (No in step S4), transmits to the controller a list of logical addresses of data that is stored in a failure block including a corresponding area (step S6 to S8). The controller stores the received logical addresses as unrepaired logical addresses (step S9); and generates repair data of the unrepaired logical address on the basis of redundancy information and transmits a write request of it to the SSD (step S10). The SSD writes the repair data to the other blocks (step S11).
