PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability of a compact engine and an engine working machine.SOLUTION: An air-fuel mixture passage 38 for guiding an air-fuel mixture produced by a vaporizer to a combustion chamber, is disposed in an insulator 37 as an air-fuel mixture guide portion, and the insulator 37 is provided with a passage opening/closing valve 43 for opening and closing the air-fuel mixture passage 38. An input operation section for inputting an engine rotational frequency is disposed on an operation box 51. The engine rotational frequency is detected by a rotational frequency detecting section 61, and the passage opening/closing valve 43 is driven to be opened and closed by a solenoid valve driving section 68 regardless of a throttle opening of the vaporizer, on the basis of the difference between the engine rotational frequency and an engine rotational frequency input by operating the input operation section, thus the engine rotational frequency is controlled. |
