Provided is an adhesive agent composition containing: the latex of a high saturated nitrile rubber (A) of which the iodine value is 120 or less and which has 10 to 55 weight% of an alpha,beta-ethylene unsaturated nitrile monomer unit, 25 to 89 weight% of a conjugated diene monomer unit, and 1 to 20 weight% of an alpha,beta-ethylene unsaturated dicarboxylic acid monoester monomer unit; and a polyvalent amine compound (B).
