The milling head (1) has a base portion (11) at which a rotatable milling tool (13) is arranged. A lubrication device is provided to output a cooling lubricant to the milling head. An exhaust nozzle (14) of the lubrication device is fixed at the milling tool facing a side (112) of the base portion. The exhaust nozzle is arranged in radially spaced manner in relation to the milling tool, and is fluidically connected to a cooling lubricant spacer which is connected with a cooling lubricant supply line (103) in fluidic manner.
