<p>The present invention is equipped with: a substrate (210); a transformer driving circuit (220) provided on the substrate (210); a transformer that is driven by the transformer driving circuit (220) and that boosts the voltage; and needle electrodes (240), which are provided on the substrate (210), and which discharge electricity when the voltage that has been boosted by the transformer is applied, thereby generating ions. Furthermore, the present invention is equipped with: a case (260), which covers at least the base sides of the needle electrodes (240) and the secondary side of the transformer, and which has apertures through which the pointed ends of the needle electrodes (240) are inserted; and an insulation/sealing part (290), which fills the space enclosed by the case (260) and the substrate (210). At least a portion of the transformer driving circuit (220) is located outside of the case (260).</p> |
