The present invention relates to a Behcet′s disease diagnostic kit comprising GroEL or HnRNP-A2/B1 antigenic proteins. According to the present invention, a kit for specifically performing an early diagnosis of Behcet′s disease can be manufactured by using antigenic proteins GroEL of Behcet′s disease or HnRNP-A2/B1 antigenic proteins; and furthermore, vaccines and therapeutic compositions for preventing Behcet′s disease can be provided for good use.
