The present invention relates to a bottom ash/PP polymer composite composition which is used by being produced through the following steps: preprocessing bottom ash obtained as a byproduct from a thermoelectric power plant by crushing the bottom ash into particles with particle sizes of 1-50 micrometers; adding a polymer material into the bottom ash; and removing moisture from the bottom ash and the polymer material and drying. The polymer material is polypropylene (PP). 1-50 wt% of bottom ash is preferably contained for the total amount of the composite composition.
