PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation support system for supporting a user's operation of an electronic apparatus, a server and the electronic apparatus provided in the system, a module, and a program.SOLUTION: An operation support system 50 according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a washing machine 10 as an example of an electronic apparatus, and a server 20. The server 20 has an estimation unit 22 that estimates an operation of the washing machine 10 desired by a user from operation history information on operation of the washing machine 10 by the user; and an execution operation determination unit 23 that determines a countermeasure for realizing the operation from the estimation result of the estimation unit 22.
