PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching power supply device that implements stable overshoot prevention.SOLUTION: The switching power supply device includes: an error amplifier 11 for amplifying a difference between a feedback voltage Vfb depending on an output voltage Vo and a reference voltage Vref to output an error voltage Verr; a comparator 13 for comparing the error voltage Verr and a ramp wave voltage and outputting a PWM signal; and a switch element switching-controlled by the PWM signal. A capacitor C2 and a diode D1 are connected in series between an FB terminal and a COMP terminal. The diode D1 is connected such that a charging direction of the capacitor C2 is a forward direction. A diode D2 is connected to the capacitor C2 to release a voltage stored in the capacitor C2. |
