PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide oil adsorption means in which when crude oil, heavy fuel oil or the like is drained in river, sea or the like by accident, disaster or the like, the drained oil is quickly collected and recovered before drained oil has widely diffused, and treatment after oil adsorption is easy.SOLUTION: A mat oil stopper is characterized as follows. A mat oil adsorption member that has a rope inserting hole and an oil adsorption holding part in which an oil adsorption agent is loaded at a folding part formed at one end side of an oil adsorption sheet composed by a nonwoven fabric sheet of a polypropylene fiber is used, a rope is inserted to the rope inserting hole, the folding part of the mat oil adsorption member is wound around the rope to be a center so that the oil adsorption holding part may become a neighbor of the rope inserting hole to be rolled and to be fixed by a binding band. |
