<p>The present invention relates to a circuit for a high-resolution pulse width modulation (PWM) and a method therefor, and more specifically, to a circuit for generating a high-resolution PWM signal by comprising a delay array corresponding to a 0.5 clock time period, and a method therefor. The present invention generates a high-resolution PWM signal by comprising a delay array corresponding to a 0.5 clock time period, samples the signal again as a clock signal, and determines whether to use a high section or a low section of the clock signal by measuring overflow. Therefore, the purpose of the delay array is to correct time delay variation of a delayed element by being comprised of time corresponding to a 0.5 clock and continuously checking overflow.</p> |
