<p>The invention relates to the petrochemical industry, and more particularly to lubricant additives. The glycerine and urea-based lubricant additive has the following composition: urea 25-40 % by weight; glycerine up to 100 % by weight. The additive may additionally contain boric acid in the following ratio of ingredients: urea 25-40 % by weight; boric acid 0.001-1 % by weight; glycerine up to 100 % by weight. The additive may additionally contain wood chips in the following ratio of ingredients: urea 25-40 % by weight; wood chips 2-30 % by weight; glycerine up to 100 % by weight. The additive noticeably enhances the anti-friction and anti-wear properties of lubricants while also improving the combustion process, thus permitting fuel savings.</p> |
