PURPOSE: A line control method in a DAMA(Demand Assigned Multiple Access) mode satellite communication system is provided to prevent degradation of a system due to collision generated between lines. CONSTITUTION: A center station transmits a message within a first super frame to a plurality of terminals(S610). The center station receives a message from a plurality of terminals(S620). The center station determines whether calling modem state information received from the terminal is matched with calling model state information(S630). The center station releases all allocation lines of the terminal(S650).
