The illuminating unit (1) has LED-chips electrically contacted with a lead frame (4). The lead frame is molded in a region of a fiber-optic light guide (2) that is associated to the LED-chips, where the illuminating unit is arranged on a printed circuit board. The lead frame is provided with multiple contact legs (5) for separately controlling the LED-chips. The LED-chips emit light of different wave lengths, and a plug is inserted into the legs. The lead frame is cut such that the LED-chips are directly, electrically connected with each other. |
