The collar (8) has a clamping saddle (12) applied on a main tubular element (4) and a tightening strap (14) extending around the tubular element, where the strap has a width (L) measured along a central axis (X-X). The strap has a clamping portion (26) for cooperating with a tensioning unit (10) to clamp the strap on the tubular element. The clamping portion extends on the entire width of the strap in a continuous and smooth manner. The strap includes a fixing end (28) opposite the clamping portion, and a fixing unit (30) fixes the fixing end to the saddle.
