The present invention relates to a lighting device and, more specifically, to a lighting device using an LED element and a lighting system including the same. In the present invention, disclosed is the lighting device to achieve the purpose of the present invention, which includes: a housing in which an opening part is formed; a light source part which is installed in the housing and generates light emitted to a projection surface through the opening part; and a pattern forming unit which is installed on an optical path generated in the light source part to include a pattern in the light projected on the projection surface. |
