The present invention relates to a heat insulating marine paints composition for a ship. The objective of the present invention is to provide the heat insulating marine paints composition for a ship, capable of reducing heat transfer to the inside of a ship by providing a dual heat insulation effect due to density difference between ceramic bubbles and ceramic beads by being coated on the deck and top of LNG or LPG cargo carriers. The heat insulating marine paints composition for a ship of the present invention comprises 7-9 wt% of hollow ceramic bubbles with density of 0.12-0.6 g/cc and 1-3 wt% of ceramic beads with density of 2.1-2.5 g/cc, and residual epoxy resin paints.
