Own-medium-controlled blocking valve

The media-controlled choke valve comprises an inlet for media and an outlet for media to flow to a load. There is also a membrane housing (21) with a membrane (26) that is connected to a spring-tensioned locking element (32) for regulation of main flow of the media. A channel (44) is linked to the inlet and membrane housing for regulation of the locking element. There is an electrically-switched pilot valve to control the media flow in the channel. The pilot valve may be built as a 2- or 3-way valve, whilst the membrane housing may be made from plastic.
