A data transmitting/receiving apparatus and a method thereof for satisfying FDFR in a communications system are provided to improve the performance of a system and reduce the transmission delay of data by generating FDFR code matrix in a transmission terminal. A serial/parallel converter(210) converts a data symbol inputted by a serial type into data symbol of the parallel configuration. A variable rotation matrix operator(220) produces FDFR(Full Diversity Full Rate) code matrix through the calculation of the variable rotation matrix corresponding to data symbol and channel condition of the parallel configuration. A beam forming operator(230) performs the beam forming matrix operation in the FDFR code matrix produced. And the beam forming operator transmits the data symbol performing the beam forming matrix operation to the reception end. |
