The present invention relates to a method for transmitting and receiving a signal between user equipment and a base station in a wireless communications system, and a device therefor. Specifically, the method for transmitting and receiving a signal of the user equipment in the wireless communications system which operates with a time division duplex (TDD) comprises the steps of: monitoring a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) signal regarding a special sub frame; and receiving a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) signal corresponding to the PDCCH signal from the special sub frame when the PDCCH signal having downlink allocation information on the special sub frame is detected. The PDSCH signal is received on one or more orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) symbols among OFDM symbols corresponding to a guard period (GP) and an uplink pilot time slot (UpPTS) which are defined in the special sub frame according to TDD uplink-downlink configuration.
