The present invention relates to a method for providing a site management solution based on a mobile device, in which a person in charge of site and a site manager working in a site can share site-related information with each other through applications dedicated for a mobile device (smart phone, smart pad, and mobile computer, etc.), and makes, transmits, stores and manages a report item attached with a site photograph including photographing position information and signed by a site worker in real-time. The method also can manage every kind of operation information occurred in the site like management of site workers, supply and demand situation of site materials and operation condition of site equipment, and sharing of site schedule, etc. in real-time. The method of the present invention includes (A) a photograph management step of managing photographs of the site including photographing position information photographed through a mobile device (3) in the site; (B) a site worker management step of managing site workers in the site; (C) a site equipment management step of managing site equipment in the site; and (D) a worker information checking step using a QR or a bar code of checking information of the site worker in the site using the QR or bar code.
