<p>The test strip comprises a sample pad 2, a combining pad 3, an enveloping membrane 5 and a water absorption pad 4 which are joined in sequence on a lining plate 1, comprising an upconversion fluorescence nano material coupled to a bisphenol A antibody that is absorbed by the combining pad; a detection mark and a contrast mark are distributed on the enveloping membrane; the detection mark is provided with a competing antigen comprising diphenolic acid in HSA. The contrast mark comprises a contrast line printed on the enveloping membrane by using a goat anti-rabbit or goat anti-mouse IgG antibody solution.
