A multi-direction fastening device 100 capable of fastening a plurality of wiring elements 144, 146, 148 (e.g. wires, cables, optical fibres, telephone lines, etc.) to a board (e.g. machine board, wall, electric box, etc.) comprises a casing 110 (e.g. a box) with a front thread 112 that defines a front hole 122, and first, second and third rear threads 114, 116, 118 each respectively defining a first, second and third hole 124, 126, 128. Each of the first, second and third holes 124, 126, 128 are in communication with the front hole 122 such that a wiring element can pass the front hole 122 and on to either the first, second or third hole 124, 126, 128. A fastening component 134, 136, 138 (e.g. cable adapter comprising a lock nut, clamp 1343 and collar 1345) is fastened to each rear thread 114, 116, 118 in order to secure the wiring elements 144, 146, 148. A first connection line between the front and second rear holes 122, 126 may be perpendicular to a second connection line between the first and third holes 124, 128. The front thread 112 may be engaged with a front fastening component, a piping element or a washer and a screw-in plug. The wiring elements 144, 146, 148 may be conduit adapters (as in fig 4A). |
