PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp device capable of preventing damage to a scraper with a simple structure while enhancing grip performance for a workpiece. SOLUTION: This clamp device includes: a grip member 2 for gripping an inner peripheral surface of a hole of a workpiece; a clamp rod 3 including a tapered shaft part 31 internally fitted and engaged into the grip member 2; a hydraulic cylinder 4 for driving the grip member 2 and the clamp rod 3 to advance and retreat in an axial center direction; and a body member 1 installed with these. A cylindrical body cylinder part 11a projecting upward and a support mechanism capable of supporting the grip member 2 at an upper limit position are provided in a center part of an upper half part of the body member 1.
