The device (10) has a recording unit (27) to record face positions, and movement detection unit (22) to detect orientation of user movements, rotation movement of head of the user in forward and backward rotation directions. Another recording unit (28) records the orientation, and a release unit (23) releases software instruction when the rotation movements are successively detected and first number of general movements in the forward rotation direction followed by second number of general movements in the backward rotation direction is successively detected.
