<p>The apparatus (1) has perforated plate (4) arranged in filter apparatus inner space (2). Several filter elements (10) are assigned in hole of plate, to divide inner space into retentate space (24) and permeate space (26). The gas is flowed from retentate space into permeate space so that solid particle are deposited on outer surface (28) to form filter cake. The weight sensor (68) is provided to determine weight of region of each filter element. The specific unit is provided to determine present velocity of gas after passing gas through respective filter element.
