PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable oily cosmetic for lip, giving no unpleasant taste caused by compounded materials in the oily cosmetic even if the cosmetic is put in the mouth when coating the oily cosmetic on the lip. SOLUTION: The oily cosmetic for lip, stably compounded with a water-soluble sweetening without causing separation and coagulation of the oily cosmetic and precipitation, coagulation and the like of the water-soluble sweetening, causing no change with the lapse of time, and giving no unpleasant taste caused by the materials of the compounded ingredients, is provided by preparing the oily cosmetic by compounding a water-soluble sweetening with particulate silica and liquid oil ingredients.
