The head (4) has a frame (15) mounted on a connection portion (12) equipped with a flow control valve (8). An actuator (48) is equipped with an actuation element (51). A thermostatic element (25) is arranged to control the position of a push rod (18) with respect to the frame according to room temperature. A mechanical connection is provided between an adjustment button (33) and the actuation element such that the displacement of the actuation element causes displacement of the button, and the displacement of the adjustment button causes displacement the actuation element.
