The present invention relates to a partition wall structure under a ship deck and a method for building the partition wall structure under the ship deck. The partition wall structure under a ship deck includes: a framework beam which forms a ship deck; a cover plate formed under the framework beam; and a wall portion prepared under the cover plate. Thereby, damages to the wall portion which compartments the space under the ship deck can be prevented, and time and costs spent for installing the wall portion can be reduced.
