The present invention relates to a complex hair transplantation surgery method which transplants hair to a patient through a complex surgery including a section incision surgery and a nonincisional procedure for improving the satisfaction of hair transplantation of the patient by transplanting more hair than a single procedure, and maximizing a marketing effect of attracting other patients. The complex hair transplantation surgery method comprises the following steps: a step of performing a section incision surgery for transplanting hair; performing the nonincisional procedure for transplanting hair while incising skin sections obtained from the section incision surgery; and suturing the incised sections from the section incision surgery. |
